Keto Yam Nua

Yam nua is perfect for beef lovers with a love for Thai food. In Thailand, it is a side dish rather than a salad, but most Westerners see this as a salad or starter. Anyway, it's very refreshing and hits you with the perfect balance of spicy, sour, salty, and savory.
