Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (1)
  • coconut milk (½)
  • broth (½)

  • 2 eggs (1)
  • coconut milk (½)
  • broth (½)

Preparation

  1. Crack your eggs into a measuring cup.
  2. Add ½ of that amount coconut milk measuring cup.
  3. Add the same amount of broth in the measuring cup.
  4. Beat the egg mixture and poor it into a heat proof bowl.

Instructions

  1. Steam the bowl for 7 minutes in a steamer. If you don’t have a steamer yout can put the bowl into a cooking pot with water (make sure the water isn’t too high so the water doesn’t get into the egg mixture). Keep the lit on the entire time.
  2. Carefully take the bowl out of the cooking pot and garnish to your desire.
