Keto No-bake Granola Bars

If you love granola as much as I do, you're going to love these keto granola bars. They are so easy to make and super delicious. I hope you enjoy these!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups keto granola
  • 5 g cacao butter
  • 20 g coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp keto honey syrup
  • 1 tsp hazelnut butter

  • 2 cups keto granola
  • 5 g cacao butter
  • 20 g coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp keto honey syrup
  • 1 tsp hazelnut butter

Preparation

Instructions

  1. Melt the cacao butter and coconut butter. 
  2. Put the granola in a bowl and stir in all other ingredients and melted butters. 
  3. Line a loaf pan with parchment or wax paper. Add the granola mix in the mold and press it down tight. Place it in the freezer for at least 20 minutes. I used 9x20cm (3,5"×8") loaf pan, but you can use any shape you like.
  4. Gently lift the granola out of the mold pulling the sides of the paper.
  5. With a sharp knife cut the granola into bars. 

I added melted sugar-free chocolate on top before putting them back in the refrigerator. 

You can add sugar-free chocolate to the granola. Mind that if you're living in a warmer climate like me it will melt very fast.
