  • ¼ cup powdered monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Instructions

  1. Whisk the cream until it's slightly fluffy.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Whisk again until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add to a piping bag or pour in the desired holder and set in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
