At Shooting Stars FC, we believe every child should have the chance to learn how to play football and that English should be accessible to everyone, no matter their background. That’s why we teach for free, in English, and why every member of our team receives a free uniform. The uniforms help close the visible gap between kids from different financial situations, making everyone feel equal and part of the same team.
Most parents help cover the weekly field rental by contributing 50 THB, but not every family is able to do so. To keep our program open to everyone, we do not collect the field rental fee from all families. Because of that, we welcome extra support. We've already received donations from our team jersey sponsor, generous individuals, and a pro bono design of our beautiful shirt and logo (by Alen Pavlovic "Type08").
A meaningful way to support our team is by buying our official Shooting Stars FC jersey. The cost is 300 THB (excluding shipping, with a small additional charge for sizes 3XL and up). From each shirt sold, 50 THB goes into our free entrance fund and 50 THB into our uniform fund. Your support helps us continue offering football classes for free to all children, and you'll receive a shirt that proudly tells our story.
The purple in our jersey represents our home, Uthai Thani, known as the Purple City. In Thai culture, purple is the color of Saturday, the day we train and play. The pattern is inspired by Thai silk, reflecting the beauty and tradition of local craftsmanship. Two bright yellow stripes in the center stand for the heart of our team: the players who shine on the field and the families and coaches who support them. The yellow accents add a space-inspired touch, linking back to our name, Shooting Stars FC.
